Paradise on a Disappearing Island
In Swahili, "Nakupenda" translates directly to "I Love You" — and this glowing strip of powdery white sand in the middle of the Indian Ocean will make you fall deeply in love with Zanzibar. Rising gently from shimmering crystalline waters at low tide, Nakupenda offers pure tropical escapism.
Cruise out aboard a traditional wooden dhow, dive into temperate turquoise waters to snorkel among vibrant marine life, and lounge under breezy shade awnings while our local chefs prepare a world-class seaside barbecue feast right on the sand.
The Famous Sandbank Seafood BBQ Feast
Cooked fresh right before your eyes over hot charcoal coals on the beach. Savor authentic island flavors accompanied by our spiced Swahili rice, garlic dips, and homemade sauces:
*Non-seafood, vegetarian, and chicken options are gladly prepared upon advance request.
